Step-Step solutions on, “AD ACCOUNT DISABLED WE WEREN’T ABLE TO PROCESS PAYMENT”
Step 1: log into your Facebook account, if you are using a phone you have to use the ad manager app, but if you are using a computer after logging in proceed to do the payment, after that look at your left-hand corner and then you will see the ad manager app.
Step 2: Click on the ad manager, when you get to the ad manager you will see account error, if you see that it means that there is a failed payment or you have an outstanding payment to make, click on the three lines and then click on billing foreign.
So form billing you will see pay now that’s the outstanding payment, go to settings and see if the debt is Mach try to pay a smaller amount and see if it will go, so example you are owing $99.89 you can try paying an amount like $5 and click on pay, if the payment didn’t go through that means you don’t have enough money in the card that’s why the payment is failing, so you have to top up your account and try again.
Step 3: the other one is, if you remove the decimal point and pay most of the time if in a case you will actually have all the amount of money that you owe and you are paying and it’s still not going, when paying remove the decimal point most of the time it will go so, for example the 99.89,you will pay 99 and leave the 0.89 it is likely to resolve the problem, if all those things fail, you can try with a different card or you contact your bank for assistance talk,
Let them know that you have money in your account, but you are trying to pay but it’s not going they will help you through.
